I decided to post some links to free spinning information.

Here's an awesome pictorial brochure on spinning yarn and how to set the twist.

Drafting the fiber.

Plying. This uses a spinning wheel though. Most people wind the yarn into two separate balls, place each one in a separate lace bowl (Or I just use soup cups) and then spin them together if using a drop spindle. Either way, this is some great information.
