Start of Handspun Shawl

Hello, I thought I'd share the start of my shawl. The yarn is from a skein that has been in my stash for years. I spun it as a singles when I was first learning to spin so it varies from fingering to sport/dk weight. It is from approx 5 oz of BFL, handdyed by Lynne Vogel and spun up to about 668 yards. The pattern is Blue Jean Lace Leaf Shawl. I am really enjoying knitting with this soft, lofty yarn.
